This Week's Best Pin is 50% Sea, 50% Weed

Featuring new enamel pins from Goons Los Angeles, Murder Palace, Lara King, King Pins, and Rolling Death Maui.

As the founder of Strike Gently Co , I deal in pins and patches daily. The Creators Project asked me to pull together a weekly roundup of the best newly-released pins. Most of these will probably sell out. If you like them, smash that "add to cart" button.

Goons Los Angeles

Lately I've seen a ton of overtly anti-authoritarian pins, each with a slogan more corny than the last. This, on the other hand, is much more—and I respect that. Show your fury symbolically, in a way that no one would dare question it.

Murder Palace

There's been a lot of repetition in the pin game lately, and quite a lot of style-biting. Did I mention swagger-jacking? One might even say there's… Wait, I can't think of another catchy term for plagiarism. Anyway, this pin is one for the Hall of Fame: it's artistic and tasteful, but also elaborate. Two thumbs up, Murder Palace!

Lara King

Your spirit animal might be a cat, but mine is a cat lady. Lara King doesn't bootleg Simpsons designs—she draws her own. I'm into it. If you're gonna hack an aesthetic, you might as well do it your own way. I really love this pin and will buy it right now.

King Pins

Speaking of bootlegs, every week I manage to find one that's just too good to pass up on. This brings me back to my childhood in a way that fills me with warmth and refined corn sugars. And Ritalin.

Rolling Death Maui

I'm not a political guy but I do believe you can go fuck yourself if you're not into saving the environment. I have no qualms about being aggressive towards people about recycling, and would wear this proudly on my lapel. It's from a drawing by Porous Walker, and that guy rips.

$10.00 here.
