We've all seen those gruesome pet adoption ads that play sad classical music over an even sadder montage of wet and malnourished puppies. Maybe it's time for a new approach? Last week a Mumbai-based animal welfare NGO called World For All Animal Care and Adoptions released a creative new visual campaign where carefully posed humans create interesting silhouettes in the shape of a dog, a bunny, and a cat. Photographer Amol Jadhav and art director Pranav Bhide from the advertising firm, McCann Worldwide Mumbai, made the clever optical illusions with light and empty space, suggesting that no matter what your family comprises, there's always room for a pet.
