This Week's Best Pin Is More Fun Than a Pillow Fight

Featuring new pins from Pinnuendo, Get2thepoint Co, Junk-O, Pinphomaniac, and Divided Youth.

As the founder of Strike Gently Co , I deal in pins and patches daily. The Creators Project asked me to pull together a weekly roundup of the best newly-released pins. Most of these will probably sell out. If you like them, smash that "add to cart" button.

Pinnuendo

A lot of you don't like violence, and that's great because these babies, lovingly known as Sock'em Boppers, allowed you to conduct a brutal beatdown with a pal without causing any real harm. Now you're 25, and ready to wear signifiers of your childhood on your denim jacket! Well, these pins sure are more fun than a pillow fight.

Get2thepoint Co

This company does a bunch of shameless TV rip pins, but their skill is curation—they pick the highest quality and least expected moments to 'pin,' so to speak. They have a bunch of great pins of this one particular show about an underwater sea creature with a heart of gold, and if I say his name, they might get shut down. So I won't.

Junk-O

When I was a kid, Mario was hugely popular, and all the cool teenagers who worked at the camp I went to had pocket chains attaching their wallets to their giant jeans. This is a sort-of symbiosis of these two long-past cultural phenomena. Harken back, all ye faithful.

Pinphomaniac

This is a specialty pin. You like anime? What about bodega iced tea? I don't really consume either these days, but I respect the hustle of the specialty market, not to mention these are visually stunning. Good looks!

Divided Youth

I've seen a lot of Kubrick pins, but this one definitely takes the cake. This is what we look for in pins, folks: a culturally relevant and visually appealing idea that requires some sort of original thinking to execute. 10/10, would ride my tricycle away in horror.
