Virtual reality is taking art ever farther down the tech innovation rabbit hole, but Felix Faire is merging this newest art development with a medium that couldn’t be more old-fashioned: drawing. Sanctum is an app that takes you on a hand-drawn VR tour of the Lady Chapel in England’s Ely Cathedral. There's an online version, so with one full-screen click you can feel like you're in the cathedral, and you can also check out a video tour below. The architectural drawings of the chapel are intricate and perfect, and the entire effect is of being in a living, 3D artwork.
