Teleport to a galaxy where there are no rules and no colors besides red, yellow, and blue in "Spitting Image," the new music video for Slovenian band Your Gay Thoughts. Interplanetary travel? Check. Giant Wizard of Oz-looking faces? Check. Floating spaceship heads? Check.In the video, planets melt into people, into ideas, driven with a cool chaos by Filipino animator Megan Palero of Flux Design Labs. He tells the Creators Project, it's about the "strange beliefs that shape the world, and the magic that fuels its presence." The wearing-sunglasses-inside mood conjured by Your Gay Thoughts' laid-back track makes the strange visuals feel like something you'd see out of a bus window in another country, just as much as an unbelievable sci-fi universe."Spitting Image" comes from Your Gay Thoughts' debut album, The Watercolors LP, which you can download here.
