This post contains minor spoilers for True Detective Season 2.Faced with a crow-masked gunman, or muscled out of a multimillion-dollar real estate deal, what would Boba Fett do? Would Han Solo hit the bottle, faced with the idea that his son might not his own? Would C-3PO keep his homosexuality repressed? These are the questions conjured by Star Wars: True Detective Style, a fan-made reinterpretation of the True Detective theme song using iconic characters and locales from a galaxy far, far away. Vignettes and sillouhettes from all six Star Wars are presented in Australian animator Raoul Marks' stylized double exposure technique from the actual Season 2 credits, while the recognizable growl of The Handsome Family's "Far From Any Road" plays in the background. The video was posted by Star Wars Minute, a YouTube channel that specializes in short explanations of characters and lore from outside the movies, but now taps into the end of True Detective Season 2 to give us a new perspective on some of our favorite characters. We'd be surprised if Lando Calrissian hasn't had to pull out an enemy's teeth with a pair of pliers at some point in his rule of Cloud City.Click here to check out a side-by-side with the original True Detective Season 2 credits, and watch Star Wars: True Detective Style below:Watch more of Star Wars Minute's videos on YouTube.Related:[Exclusive] Unmasking the ‘True Detective' KillerThe Depraved, Sublime Art of 'True Detective'[Exclusive] Why True Detective's New Title Is Seeing Red'True Detective' Turned Into Minimal Illustrations With Amazing Detail
